‘Wendy Williams was vilified for this. She was the first one to talk abt it on the airwaves’: Everyone Named in P. Diddy’s S3x Abuse Lawsuits — Full List | HO
Famed rap mogul P. Diddy, born Sean Combs, has been sued multiple times since November 2023 for claims of alleged sex abuse and human trafficking. Numerous high-profile celebrities and businessmen have been referenced or implicated in the lawsuits against Diddy. Law&Crime’s Sierra Gillespie breaks down everyone named in the lawsuits against Combs.
A number of celebrities appeared in court filings made in connection with music producer Rodney Jones’ $30 million lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Jones filed his lawsuit on February 26, making a number of accusations against Combs, including sexual misconduct and grooming. Jones has also accused Combs of participating in sex-trafficking activity. Attorneys for Combs have strongly denied the allegations, previously telling Newsweek, “We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies.”
Jones’ filing to the federal district court in New York lists in detail his allegations, with one section claiming that Combs’ music industry associates, who are also named in the lawsuit, financially benefited from facilitating his alleged unlawful behavior, gaining access to his powerful connections.

Among the benefits enjoyed by music industry parties, Jones’ lawyers claimed, was “affiliation and access to Mr. Combs’ popularity.”
In the court filing seen by Newsweek, it is alleged that through this popularity, Combs’ associates gained access to “celebrities such as famous athletes, political figures, artists, musicians, and international dignitaries like British Royal, Prince Harry.”
The named celebrities have not been charged.
The court filing comes after federal authorities on Monday raided homes reportedly owned by Combs in Los Angeles, California, and Miami, Florida, according to local media outlets.
Investigators with the Department of Homeland Security executed search warrants at properties belonging to Combs in the Holmby Hills neighborhood of West Los Angeles, and in Miami on Monday afternoon.
The raids are reportedly tied to sex-trafficking allegations leveled by different plaintiffs in recent months, the Associated Press reported, citing law enforcement sources.
In response to the raid, Tyrone Blackburn, an attorney representing Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, gave a statement saying, “About damn time. Sometimes justice delayed is not justice denied, so long as justice ultimately arrives.”
In recent months, Combs has been hit with several legal battles, with lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault and trafficking.
In a separate case, Combs’ ex-girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie, sued him in November, alleging years of sexual abuse. The lawsuit, which accuses Combs of forcing her to have sex with male prostitutes while he filmed, was settled the day after it was filed.
So, I think we’re on the brink of witnessing something akin to the Epstein case, but amplified to an unprecedented degree. From members of the royal family to Grammy and Academy Award winners, we’re dissecting all the A-list celebrities mentioned in court documents against P. Diddy, along with some shocking accusations. Firstly, the entire filing was meticulously crafted. I can’t envision a scenario where he can evade criminal liability. Known for years as a prominent rapper, producer, and label executive, going by the names P. Diddy, Puff Daddy, or his legal name Sean Combs, he’s no stranger to legal woes. Just this week, both of Diddy’s homes in Miami and Los Angeles were raided by Homeland Security, likely in search of specific evidence.
According to former prosecutor Melba Pearson, they’re likely seeking evidence such as videos. Allegedly, Diddy had a habit of recording himself abusing others or forcing them to abuse each other, potentially for his own pleasure. They’re also likely searching for corroborating evidence to support the statements made by Cassie Ventura and others who have accused him of abuse. Though Diddy hasn’t been arrested yet, he’s faced numerous legal challenges.
Recently, music producer Rodney Jones, or Lil Rod, filed a lawsuit against Diddy, outlining numerous allegations, including forcing Lil Rod to hire prostitutes and engage in sexual acts, along with Diddy assaulting him. The lawsuit also names other celebrities allegedly involved in the assaults.
One such celebrity is Academy Award-winning actor Cuba Gooding Jr., accused of being “groomed” by Diddy to pass him off to his friends. Kuba, as Lil Rod alleges, made advances on him during a yacht trip, despite Lil Rod’s rejection. This isn’t Gooding Jr.’s first brush with such accusations, having faced similar allegations in the past.
Another celebrity mentioned in Lil Rod’s lawsuit is Jennifer Lopez. Allegedly, she was involved in a 1999 nightclub shooting incident where she carried Diddy’s illegal firearm. Although such involvement might not lead to criminal liability due to statute of limitations issues, it could damage her reputation.
In summary, the legal troubles surrounding Diddy are substantial, involving a multitude of serious allegations against him and other prominent figures in the entertainment industry. In her current world, she’s married to Ben Affleck, attempting to portray herself differently. However, her past may resurface, potentially impacting her future in entertainment deals. Pearson suggests Jennifer Lopez could consider a defamation suit, but truth serves as a solid defense. If Lil Rod can provide evidence supporting his claims, it would be challenging for Lopez to refute them. While her association with the gun incident might not lead to criminal charges due to statute of limitations, reputational damage could be significant.
Regarding Lil Rod’s mention of Prince Harry, it seems more an attempt to lend credibility to the filing by highlighting the high-profile figures Diddy associated with. Prince Harry’s presence at events doesn’t imply involvement in any illicit activities. Pearson compares his association to that of President Bill Clinton with Jeffrey Epstein, where mere presence didn’t result in significant fallout.
Lil Rod’s court documents draw parallels between Diddy’s alleged crimes and those of Jeffrey Epstein, implicating Diddy’s chief of staff, Christina Korum, as his alleged handler. Pearson suggests that Diddy and his associates may face federal charges, but the timeline remains uncertain, given the complexity of the investigation spanning multiple states.
Regarding potential sentencing if convicted, it depends on the charges and counts brought forth, potentially resulting in a lengthy prison term, especially if multiple survivors testify. While it’s not impossible for Diddy to avoid charges altogether, given the evidence and allegations, it seems unlikely that he’ll escape criminal liability.
In response to the allegations, Diddy’s attorney and son vehemently deny them, labeling them as lies and desperate attempts for financial gain. As of now, Diddy has not been arrested or charged criminally.
