Jennifer Lopez is finally saying farewell to her New York City penthouse.

Jennifer Lopez, the 54-year-old Marry Me star, has finally found a buyer for her $25 million penthouse near Manhattan’s Madison Square Park after a tumultuous seven-year journey on and off the market. The troubled listing has now secured a “contract signed” status, as confirmed by luxury real estate firm Brown Harris Stevens.

Initially listed for $24,990,000, the four-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom property has undergone several price adjustments. However, despite these efforts, listing agents Richard Orenstein and Chris Pomeroy have yet to respond to inquiries regarding the deal.

Lopez originally purchased the apartment for just over $20 million in 2014, as reported by the New York Times. Subsequently, she listed the property for approximately $27 million in 2017. Despite these efforts, the apartment failed to attract buyers during that period, leading to its intermittent presence on the market over the past few years.

In March 2019, Lopez reduced the penthouse’s price to $25 million before ultimately removing the listing in October 2021, according to Zillow. The property briefly resurfaced for a five-day stint in December 2022, marking the conclusion of its prolonged listing journey.

The inside of the penthouse includes a top-of-the-line kitchen with a large island, open shelving, a stainless-steel wine fridge and a breakfast bar, and leads into a separate open dining room. A private guest wing is also included on the lower floor with three spacious bedrooms, staff quarters and a laundry room.

Lopez has been spending more of her time in L.A. with husband Ben Affleck. The pair reportedly purchased a $60 million home in Beverly Hills in June 2023 after an extensive house hunt, according to the Wall Street Journal.

That property features 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. Outside, there’s a sports complex with basketball and pickleball facilities.

Jennifer Lopez is seeking a buyer for her luxurious New York City penthouse once again.

Jennifer Lopez, the 54-year-old “On The Floor” singer, initially listed her Manhattan residence for $27 million in October 2017. Over time, the price was adjusted, reaching $25 million in March 2019, before Lopez decided to remove it from the market entirely in October 2021, as per Zillow records. However, the property made a brief appearance on the market for five days in December 2022.

In September, the “Maid in Manhattan” actress relisted her expansive home overlooking Madison Square Park, this time for just under $25 million. The 9,500-square-foot property, situated within a historic 1924 mansion, boasts four bedrooms and seven full bathrooms.

Noteworthy features of the property include indoor/outdoor living spaces, highlighted by four private terraces offering unobstructed views of the New York City skyline, including the iconic Flatiron Building.

Chris Pomeroy and Richard Orenstein of Brown Harris Stevens are currently managing the listing.

Inside the stunning duplex, the sleek kitchen features a large center island equipped with marble countertops and a seating area on one side. Endless white cabinetry offers plenty of storage space.

The kitchen opens directly into a separate dining area with windows lining the walls. A long bench built into the opposite wall creates added seating for entertaining guests.

Just down the hall lies the extensive living room with access to one of the terraces through multiple french doors.

The cozy media room offers a place for residents to unwind with a relaxing movie night.
