Lopez’s upcoming project, “Atlas,” is a sci-fi thriller film also starring Sterling K. Brown, known for his role in “This Is Us,” and Simu Liu. In the film, Lopez portrays Atlas Shepherd, a brilliant yet mistrustful data analyst with a deep skepticism of artificial intelligence. She becomes involved in a mission to apprehend a rogue robot with whom she shares an enigmatic past. However, when the mission encounters obstacles, her only chance of safeguarding humanity’s future from AI lies in placing her trust in it.

“Atlas” marks Lopez’s return to the big screen after her last film, where she assumed multiple roles as writer, director, producer, and financier.

Jennifer Lopez’s recent project, “This Is Me… Now: A Love Story,” was a multifaceted endeavor that included an album, a documentary titled “The Greatest Love Story Never Told,” and a sequel to her 2002 album “This Is Me… Then.” Inspired by her husband Ben Affleck, whom she remarried in 2022, the project reflects their journey together over two decades since they first became a couple.

During their time apart, Lopez became a mother to twins Max and Emme, now 16 years old, whom she co-parents with her third ex-husband Marc Anthony. Meanwhile, Ben shares custody of his three children, Violet, Fin, and Samuel, with his first ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

Recently, Jennifer Lopez achieved another milestone as she finally sold her New York City penthouse after it had been on the market for seven years. This success adds to her already jubilant mood.

Per the New York Post, J.Lo’s luxurious, two-story residence was first listed back in 2017 at $26.95 million.

The buyer’s identity and the final sell price is unknown, but the most recent asking price had already lowered to $24.99 million.

The lavish residence is located in the neighborhood of Madison Square North, also known as NoMad.

When Jennifer Lopez purchased the house in 2014, the price tag was reported to be $20.1 million, according to the New York Post. Now, with its recent sale, it’s believed that she has made a modest profit on the property.

Situated in the Whitman building, which dates back to 1924, the property comprises four penthouse units in total, with notable neighbors such as Chelsea Clinton. The building offers amenities like a 24/7 doorman, locked storage, and a lobby for added convenience.

Spanning an impressive 6,454 square feet indoors, J.Lo’s former residence also boasted an additional 3,000 square feet of outdoor space. This outdoor area included private terraces and a roof deck, providing residents with panoramic views of the scenic city skyline.

It has four bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, as well as a lounge and two wine fridges.
